Table Captains are an important way for our organization to build attendance at the event. If you sign up to be a table captain or co-captain you will have assistance from our table captain leaders.
Responsibilities
- Send the Save-The-Date email to your prospective guests (remember - if you want 10 people sometimes you have to invite 30 people)
- Select people who are excited about GV's mission and cause and would be interested in donating time or money to support GV's activities
- Submit prospects list by March 15th
- Follow up on your invites to get 8-11 people for your table for a full table, 5-6 for a 1/2 table
- Update us with the status of attendees by April 1st
Details
- The Event is Saturday, May 14th, 2011 at the South Seattle Community College
- Tickets are $80/seat or $800/table. You can either buy the table and treat your guests (hoping they will spend more at the Auction), or they can pay for their own seat - you decide. Either way works great but please indicate who will be paying (you or guests) when you send in your prospects list.
