Participant Fee for families requesting Financial Aid:

There is one partial Financial Aid available. Fee is determined on a sliding scale based on family income. To determine Financial Aid amount, families must fill out a financial aid application (part of the application) and participate in a financial interview. Cost of passport, inoculations are taken into account when determining the Financial Aid amount.

Participant Fee for families NOT requesting Financial Aid:

Participant Fee is: $2,800* (*plus Round Trip airfare to Guatemala [approx. $750]). Price is all inclusive. The student need only pay for passport fees, inoculations, extra spending money for gifts, optional snacks, and tips (tips total $26), and money travel belt ($14).

Deposit

$450 for families not requesting financial assistance / $50 for families requesting financial assistance. Due Oct. 30 to hold space. Once student is accepted into program, deposit is non-refundable. If student is not accepted, deposit is refunded.
